I got this for my daughter for Valentine's Day and she absolutely loves it. It has a really neat concept. A little drawer holds all the little magentic pieces and it is travel safe. One word of caution to some of thos mommies and daddies new to the magnetic toys.....keep them away from the television and your wallet. Found that one out a while ago with one of her fairy barbie wands. It ruin the pic on the tube and strips credit cards of any info. Other than that, this is a really good gift for your little on the go girl.

I was excited to find a unique Polly gift, but found it a bit dull. The Magnets don't really stick that well, including her different outfits. Stick with the mini dolls!

My daughter was excited to get this toy, and I was looking forward to her having something to do on our upcoming 10-hour drive to the beach. She does like it, but there are several faults with the toy.
1. No volume adjustment. Oh my, this thing LOUD. I guess it'd be ok in the car w/ road noise, but it's way too loud for the living room. We've already added a few layers of tape over the speaker.
2. It's hard to get the magnetic Polly to activate the many sayings in the scene. You have to wiggle her around a lot. This isn't too big of a deal for us because we'll likely just remove the batteries (no on/off switch) and let her use her imagination...she'll have more fun that way anyway.
3. The clothes just barley stick to the dolls and because of their magnetic polarity you can't get them positioned just right. This annoys me FAR more than it annoys my 4-year-old daughter.
4. The storage drawer isn't very secure and slides completely out very easily. I can see little bikini tops and sun glasses lost in the car forever within seconds.
Overall, I think my daughter will enjoy this on the ride to the beach, but I certainly don't expect it to survive long enough to make the trip back.

Bought this toy for my great neice Ava, she loves all things Polly Pocket.
She was extremely happy and so was I.
