 CANNOT SELECT COLOR Dec 30, 2008

I ordered this lovely product as a Christmas gift for my husband, ASSUMING (sure, stupidly) that the product I was ordering was the one PICTURED ON THE WEBSITE. Folks, go ahead and scroll down the page - THREE QUARTERS OF THE WAY DOWN - and you will see that the product description states that this case comes in 3 different colors - randomly shipped out by the manufacturer. Sure, if you don't care about getting ugly white or boring black, no big deal. If you think you're ordering the CAMOUFLAGE CASE IN THE PICTURE, good luck, because there is only a 33% chance you will get that.
I thought the first one was shipped in error, so returned it for what I thought was the correct product - again, incorrect color. It took me calling Amazon customer service to notice this fine print, now bolded because I am probably not the only one with this problem. The product looks to be of decent quality, but I have not opened one up because I am so frustrated by this situation.
Sorry for ALL OF THE SHOUTING in my review, but needless to say I think that this is a freakin' joke policy and I am completely annoyed by the whole situation.

I ordered the camouflage version and received a pink case. I returned for the camo version and received a grey and red case. If you read the fine print, you CANNOT select the color you want. They ship whatever they have. Only order this if you don't care what color you get.

I came across this little bag a while ago, and just recently purchased it. I saw that some consumers were saying they couldn't select the color they wanted. Not true at all. As a consumer you do have some responsibility and that should include contacting the seller as needed, especially with questions such as, "Can I select a color?". Seems pretty straight-forward. Somehow this escaped some folks. That's exactly what I did. I wanted the Camo one and contacted Fulfillment-Solutions, who was more than happy to answer any questions and help me get the exact one I wanted. It arrived today, super fast, and I am very happy with it.
It's a great little case, in digital camo. Very sturdy. I love the matching car charger and styluses. You actually get two of those. The case even has a pocket for them, aside from a place for your games. I definitely do not have any complaints about the product nor the seller.

This is a great accessory set for a DS. Everything in the kit is useful, and sturdy. I ordered it for my pre-teen son, and it seems to be durable and well worth the money to protect the game.
