I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical about getting this phone but I'm so glad I did. The phone was FREE thru T-Mobile (at the time it was $499) though I was locked in for 2yrs. I only planned on using it for emergencies but the clarity and the ease of using this phone, like the Voice Commands when you don't want to use the touch pad, made me want to use it all the time. And use it I do! I'm pretty much all thumbs but the camera, video, text messaging and pretty much everything is so easy to use and Customer Service doesn't suck either! My two years will be up soon and my phone still works like I just bought it. I've NEVER had a problem with it.............and I get a LOT of compliments too.
***UPDATE*** August 18th, 2011 Well, my phone finally went KAPUT! But not because it was a piece of junk. I dropped this phone COUNTLESS times and it kept working like a trooper. Alas, I REALLY dropped the hell out of it and it finally had enough. I NEVER had a problem with it even after I broke the crystal! I imagine I would have had this cell phone much longer had I not been so careless/butterfingers with it. I would have eventually traded it in though because texting was beginning to be a BIG problem. Patience has never been one of my virtues, so again, NOT the cell phones problem but my own. This phone is still HOT and if not for my NOW constant texting, I would buy another exactly like it. Well worth the money!

I bought this phone through TMobile and I love it! I have had it for 2 years and I hane never run into ANYONE who had this phone. It is like having a brand new phone for along time. I would recommend this phone if you are into designer brands and the prestige you get from others when they ask about your phone.

This is the second RAZR phone that I've purchased, the first meeting an untimely demise under a cup of spilled coffee. I'm not a very demanding cell-phone user, but I appreciate the ease of use that this model offers. Simply installed my SIM card,and, presto! phone was ready to go in under a minute.
Yes,it's an indulgent purchase; you pay extra for the D&G design, but being as it was nearly half off, was still cheaper than my previous RAZR was 5 years ago (shameless rationalization!). It's an eye-catcher, and an ear-catcher as well! (when first turned on, has a D&G-designed "jingle").
No caveats at all- long battery life, sturdy, and easy to use- the brushed aluminum finish looks like it'll last awhile.

I bought this phone before I got my vertu,this was a nice phone, no Consigliere service which sucked, but at the same time it was not 12k.
Get a vertu if you think you have money, that is what all the ballers out her in los angeles have
