Not for 7 Year Olds! Jan 23, 2008

My husband and I played this with our 8 year old the other day. We ended up putting the game away. If it wasn't a gift I would return it. One of the questions was "have you ever walked in on someone hooking up?". The Truth or Dare questions were: What's the lamest outfit you've ever worn? Then it says to kiss the person to your left. Another Truth or Dare is Have you ever kissed a boy (not a family member?)
This game really surprised me since the movie was really well done.

We opened this game today to play with our 8 year daughter. It was given as a gift. We feel several of the cards are inappropriate. I noticed on Amazon's website some of the games were made by Mattel...this one is made by Cardinal Industries.
The cards we feel are inappropriate...
- "Act out mud wrestling"
- "Kiss the person to your left"
- "Massage the neck of the player to your right for 30 seconds"
- "Allow any other player to empty all your pockets"
- "Have you ever kissed a boy (not a family member)?"
- "Have you ever walked in on anyone hooking up?"
- "What is the most provacative movie you have ever seen?"
I would hope most 7 year olds don't even know what "provacative" means! This product should be pulled off the shelf. We don't feel it is appropriate for any children.

I 100% agree with the remarks by the previous reviewer...this game is not appropriate for the targeted age. The trivia questions are ok, but the truth or dare cards included are inappropriate.
